The Management Council of the Ohio Education Network (MCOECN) is a statewide consortium supporting Ohio’s Information Technology Centers (ITCs), school districts, and state partners through secure, reliable, and innovative technology services. Operating at the intersection of education, technology, and public trust, MCOECN plays a critical role in advancing statewide collaboration, data systems, cybersecurity, and shared services that empower Ohio’s schools and learners.
The Chief Executive Officer serves as MCOECN’s senior executive leader, advancing the organization’s mission, vision, and strategic priorities while providing statewide leadership, organizational accountability, and trusted partnership with the Board of Trustees. The CEO also serves as MCOECN’s primary external representative, working closely with ITCs, state agencies, legislators, and education partners across Ohio.
